We at the Sisters of Hope are grateful for your enduring support. We take your affirmation of our work seriously and we strive to be good stewards of your investments.   Our need is simple, a structure that will provide needed space and sufficient room for prayer, work, study, and hospitality. We have prayerfully begun a capital campaign to raise the funds necessary to make our concept into a reality.

 

Up until this point, the Sisters of Hope has been running on a 100% donated time and materials budget providing acts of service to others on a small, case-by-case basis’ in impromptu or rented locations as well as community events such as the Hope of Christmas. The Sisters of Hope have been exploring properties for sale in Elmira, NY.  Staffed by religious sisters, the facility would provide numerous programs to the community, filling vital areas of need. A few of the objectives would include:

 

• Provide a suitable, stable location for ongoing service

• Deliver low/no-cost preventative health services to the working poor and general public

The Sisters of Hope is seeking $250,000 for purchase, renovation, and furnishing of property, living quarters, guest quarters, and chapel.

We have a variety of ways to sponsor portions or all of this campaign.

​

• For a gift of $1,000: you can have one of the garden areas dedicated in your name or a loved one's, as well as recognition on our donor page.*

​

• For a gift of $5,000: you can have one of the sisters' or guest's rooms dedicated in your name or a loved one's, as well as recognition on our donor page.*

​

• For a gift of $10,000: you can have our library/activity room or our infirmary dedicated in your name or a loved one's, as well as recognition on our donor page.*

​

• For a gift of $25,000: you can have our dining hall dedicated in your name or a loved one's, as well as recognition on our donor page.*

​

• For a gift of $50,000: you can have our chapel dedicated in your name or a loved one's, as well as recognition on our donor page.*

​

• For a gift of $100,000: you can have our main house or guest house dedicated in your name or a loved one's, as well as recognition on our donor page.*
